Revscale processes data on behalf of franchise networks, including lead and prospect information, conversation records from AI agent interactions, and operational performance metrics. We also collect standard website usage data such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited.

Data processed through the Revscale platform is used to:
- Power AI agent responses and lead qualification
- Generate network-wide intelligence and performance insights
- Provide franchisee health scoring and cohort benchmarking
- Monitor brand voice compliance across locations
- Improve the accuracy and performance of our Services
3. Data Boundaries
Each franchise brand maintains its own data boundary within the Revscale platform. Cross-brand intelligence surfaces opportunity signals without exposing proprietary data from individual brands. Franchisees within a network can only access data relevant to their own location.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure within the United States.
5. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention schedules.
