The Challenge
Ignite Visibility’s franchise client book was growing faster than their operations team could handle. Every new franchisee location signing onto a marketing program required a human to coordinate: send a contract, wait for the signature to come back, manually set up billing, confirm the effective date, log it in a spreadsheet, notify the team. At volume across dozens of franchise brands, this was the ceiling on their growth.
The added constraint: they were not serving one brand. They were serving a portfolio — each with its own plans, pricing, contract templates, and onboarding requirements. Any solution had to handle all of them from a single infrastructure, with complete brand separation.

The Self-Serve Franchisee Journey
An end-to-end signup flow a franchisee can complete in minutes, without any human from the client operations team in the loop. Plan selection, payment, business intake, and contract signing all happen in a single guided experience — and a franchisee who drops off mid-flow can resume exactly where they left off. What used to take days of back-and-forth coordination now finishes before the franchisee closes the browser tab.
Multi-Tenant Architecture

The Neighborly Deployment: 19 Brands, One Portal
The most demanding deployment on the platform was for Neighborly, one of the world’s largest franchise holding companies. Rather than stand up a separate portal for each of Neighborly’s 19 sub-brands, Revscale delivered a single portal instance capable of serving the entire portfolio — brand selection routed every franchisee to the correct plan catalog, pricing, and contract automatically.
