Deploying Revscale Across AgentReview’s Insurance Agent Marketplace

AgentReview set out to solve a real gap in the insurance market: consumers have no reliable way to find and vet licensed agents, and agents have no professional platform built specifically for how they work. The category needed a SaaS product that could serve three distinct audiences simultaneously: consumers searching for verified professionals, individual agents managing their book of business, and agencies running teams at scale.

Building in a regulated vertical compounds every standard SaaS challenge. Licensing data varies by state, verification has to be credible enough to matter, and the trust signals that drive consumer conversion take real infrastructure to produce. AgentReview needed a technology partner capable of owning the full product, not just executing a spec.

Revscale designed and built AgentReview end to end. The public discovery platform handles geospatial agent search across a database of hundreds of thousands of licensed producers, with location-based directories built to capture organic insurance queries at national scale. Consumers can find verified agents by insurance type and geography, read moderated reviews, watch video testimonials, and book directly from a profile.

The agent-facing portal is a complete professional operating system. Producers manage their public presence, run a structured lead pipeline, schedule appointments, publish educational content, and monitor their reputation from a single dashboard. Membership tiers tied to an automated billing infrastructure gate search ranking and feature access, with the full subscription lifecycle managed through real-time state management.

The agency layer adds team controls, cross-agent lead assignment, aggregated performance analytics, and shared brand management for agencies operating at scale. The operations dashboard gives the AgentReview team full moderation capability, licensing verification oversight, and platform-wide reporting.

Revscale embedded its AI product suite directly into AgentReview’s platform. Command AI, Revscale’s conversational AI product, is deployed under AgentReview’s brand and gives subscribed agents a persistent AI presence that handles inbound lead contact, qualification, and follow-up without the producer needing to be available. The full provisioning and billing infrastructure for Command AI was built and is operated by Revscale.

A custom AI search visibility tool was built specifically for AgentReview’s enterprise sales motion. Any agent can enter their name and market and see exactly how they appear across AI-generated search responses, which models surface them, and where gaps exist. It became a direct sales asset for demonstrating a category of visibility risk no competing platform in the vertical addresses.

AI is also woven into the agent’s daily workflow. In-editor content enhancement and audio-to-text transcription let agents produce professional content without it becoming a production bottleneck.

Nearly three years in, the relationship operates across six concurrent workstreams every week. Revscale along with AI Agents function as AgentReview’s embedded product and engineering team, with dedicated engineers on the project board, weekly operational leadership, and executive-level strategic involvement covering product direction, enterprise partnership positioning, and go-to-market execution alongside the core executive team at AgentReview.

In the first quarter of 2026 alone, Revscale’s team and the AI Agents specifically trained on AgentReview executed over 40 engineering initiatives to implement the latest AI frameworks and discoverability frameworks as well as platform upgrades for the Web 4.0 era. The breadth runs from billing logic and subscription tier management to API reliability, mobile rendering, profile workflows, and automated communication templates. Revscale also shows up in the field alongside the AgentReview team at industry events, supporting enterprise agency sales and partner activation directly.
