What You’ll Do

Automation & Systems Engineering:

  • Design, build, and maintain internal tools and scripts to automate lead sourcing, enrichment, routing, and outreach workflows.
  • Integrate APIs across CRMs, enrichment tools, sales engagement platforms, and data lakes to streamline operations.
  • Set up event-based and trigger-based automations using platforms like Zapier, n8n, Workato, or custom Node.js/Python scripts.

Top-of-Funnel Optimization:

  • Build systems for intelligent lead generation and qualification, such as scoring engines, segmentation logic, and data enrichment.
  • Develop integrations to support multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and intent platforms.
  • Partner with Growth and Sales teams to experiment rapidly with outbound strategies and funnel architecture.

Data & Tooling:

  • Own the data flow and synchronization across Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach/Salesloft, Clearbit, Apollo, etc.
  • Build dashboards and reporting systems to track GTM performance and pipeline health.
  • Maintain a clean and scalable data architecture that supports outbound and inbound GTM plays.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Translate go-to-market strategy into technical implementations, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Act as the technical backbone for the GTM team, enabling rapid scaling with minimal manual operations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • 3+ years in a technical or hybrid RevOps/Growth/EngOps role, ideally within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong backend or automation scripting skills (Node.js, Python, TypeScript, or similar).
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and enrichment tools.
  • Deep understanding of modern GTM stacks such as Clearbit, Apollo, Clay, Outreach, 6sense, and others.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, Tray.io, Retool, or n8n.
  • Experience with data modeling and API integrations across SaaS systems.
  • A passion for optimizing systems that drive revenue – you are both strategic and execution-focused.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

  • Experience with AI-powered GTM tools and LLM-driven automation.
  • Previous experience working directly with sales teams or owning outbound initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SQL, dbt, or data warehouse systems like Snowflake or BigQuery.
