What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Management:
- Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of 25-35 franchisee accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins, including monthly and quarterly meetings, to review account health and performance metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals and tailor Revscale’s solutions to meet their business needs.
- Personalize client experiences, offering recommendations and support to maximize platform value.
Onboarding & Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team during the onboarding phase to understand account history and campaign needs.
- Review and optimize campaigns post-launch to ensure they align with client objectives and enhance performance.
- Conduct regular campaign reviews, educate clients on best practices, and identify areas for improvement.
- Track engagement and campaign effectiveness, providing timely adjustments and insights to clients.
Proactive Account Growth:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by staying informed about client expansion plans, hiring trends, and operational needs.
- Present clients with new Revscale solutions, campaign types, and feature updates to drive account growth.
- Engage with clients to understand their future needs, strategizing on growth opportunities that align with Revscale’s offerings.
Process & Communication Management:
- Maintain accurate account documentation in Vitally, ensuring up-to-date account history.
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to stay informed on account health and respond proactively to churn risks.
- Implement a consistent communication cadence, including personalized client newsletters, updates, and performance reports.
- Work closely with technical support to resolve escalated issues, ensuring swift resolutions and a positive client experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment, ideally with franchisee clients.
- Strong understanding of client engagement, campaign management, and upselling strategies.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude to identifying growth opportunities.
Organizational Skills:
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Vitally) to document client interactions and track performance metrics.
Team Player:
- Collaborate well with internal teams and clients, maintaining a solution-focused and positive attitude.
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms like Revscale, Zapier, or n8n.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, or lead generation strategies.
