What You’ll Do
Enterprise Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, developing and nurturing long-term, high-value relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins and strategic meetings (monthly, quarterly, and annual) with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to review account performance and growth opportunities.
- Deeply understand each client’s business strategy and challenges, aligning Revscale’s solutions to meet their objectives and drive enterprise-level results.
- Provide tailored recommendations to ensure clients are maximizing the value of Revscale’s platform and services.
Onboarding & Campaign Support:
- Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for enterprise clients, setting clear expectations and defining campaign goals.
- Review and optimize client campaigns post-launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering impactful results.
- Conduct detailed performance reviews and strategy sessions with clients to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Track key performance metrics, ensuring timely and insightful recommendations for campaign optimizations.
Proactive Account Growth & Upselling:
- Identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio, presenting additional Revscale solutions and product offerings to enhance account value.
- Stay informed about client organizational changes, expansion plans, and strategic goals to proactively introduce new solutions that align with evolving needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, ensuring clients are continuously benefiting from the full breadth of Revscale’s offerings.
Strategic Account Planning & Execution:
- Prepare and execute long-term strategic account plans that align with each client’s business objectives, driving measurable ROI and success.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support) to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, offering insights into market trends, performance, and best practices to help clients stay competitive.
Process & Communication Management:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, key action items, and strategic insights in Vitally, ensuring transparent communication across departments.
- Ensure proactive communication with clients, providing regular performance updates, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any complex issues or escalations, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining strong client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts, preferably in a SaaS, B2B, or digital marketing environment.
- A track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into strategic business value.
- Experience in handling multi-channel marketing campaigns and understanding client pain points at an enterprise scale.

- Ability to deliver exceptional client service, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for account growth, driving continuous improvement and delivering value.
Organizational Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Vitally, Salesforce) for tracking client interactions and performance metrics.
Team Player:
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support, to drive client success.
